Sinamay Saucer Discs make for excellent hat bases, used for fascinators and costumes. At a modest size, this product features an asymmetrical upturned brim of approximately 10cm in width at it's zenith. It measures approximately 29cm in diameter and is raised approximately 4cm for the head indentation. Available in other colours. Sold per the individual piece.
