Clear Flat Elastic (also known as plastic elastic) is made of Polyurethane. It is ideal to use in swimwear, sportswear, lingerie and all general sewing. It is also resistant against perspiration, salt water, oil and chlorine. It is not only finer and stronger than rubber, but dries instantly and does not stay wet like other elastics. Ensure you stretch the elastic several times before application, then insert into casing or stitch directly to back of fabric. This product is 12mm wide and is priced per meter. Please note, this product should avoid direct sunlight, and not be bleached, ironed or dry-cleaned. It should be washed in a warm gentle machine wash and warm tumble dry.
