Hat Size-Reducing tape is the answer to that fascinator or hat which refuses to sit snugly. This tape can be applied to the area within the hat which makes direct contact with the head. It should be noted that better presentation can be achieved if the tape is layered under the inner hat band as opposed to on top of it. Our size-reducing tape is available in adhesive for the grey and ivory. It is sold by the metre (1m).
