This Cotton Spandex Nylon Lycra is ideal for dance, calisthenics and gymnastics costumes and undergarments. Because it is made with cotton instead of polyester, it is soft and comfortable, and particularly suited to training or rehearsal garments. A 4-way stretch (Also known as 2-way stretch in some countries) indicates the ability to stretch both horizontally and vertically.
