Sinamay Saucer Discs make for excellent hat bases, used for fascinators and costumes. Petite yet elegant, this product features a raised asymmetrical slant (of approximately 15mm height when the hat is placed flat) . This hat base consists of 2 ply sinamay. It measures approximately 18-20cm in diameter and is raised approximately 10mm for the head indentation. Available in other bright colours. Sold per the individual piece.
