We'll prepare your order and arrange delivery.
Track it to your door
We'll send you tracking information once your delivery is on its way.
Courier deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave so you don't need to be there to receive your order. Just make sure there's a safe and accessible place for the courier to leave it.
Includes bulky items + Dangerous Goods
Our Same Day Courier service can accommodate bulky items and products classified as Dangerous Goods.

How much does Same Day Courier cost?
Same Day Courier is a flat $50 across eligible Melbourne postcodes for orders placed by 12:30pm Monday to Friday.

After 12:30pm, Next-Day Courier will be shown at checkout for delivery the next business day.

My postcode isn't eligible. Can I still get Same Day Courier?
Possibly. Our flat $50 courier service is available across selected Melbourne postcodes, but we may be able to arrange delivery outside the standard service area at a quoted rate.

Can you guarantee a delivery time?
We can't guarantee a delivery time as it can vary depending on courier availability, traffic, distance and other conditions.

Do I need to be there to receive my order?
No. We send courier deliveries with Authority to Leave so you don't need to be there to receive your order.
Please make sure there is a safe and accessible place for the courier to leave your parcel.
If the courier is unable to safely complete the delivery and another delivery needs to be arranged, an additional delivery fee may apply.
